Spacial awareness

When working out from home there may be many obstacles in your chosen area to get your sweat on that can be dangerous. Please always be mindful and adapt your movement where possible. I will always endeavour to make sure the workout will always remain on the mat and for dance, it will be on the spot.

Injuries

I will always ask at the beginning of every class if there are any injuries. Please be honest even if it is something small or you know how to manage it just so I am aware. I will always adapt or give options if you are working with injuries or give you a different exercise. We all want to live our best lives in my classes but always listen to your body and don’t push unnecessarily.
