Welcome to my fitness page, here’s a little bit about me. I began my as a professional singer, dancer, actor and model. I have performed in musicals such as Saturday Night Fever, We Will Rock You, Joseph and his Amazing Technicolour Dreamcoat, Hair, Ghost and Dirty Dancing. Modelled for brands like Puma, Berghaus and Next and I was also a dancer for the Opening Ceremony of the 2012 London Olympics and in Mamma Mia! – The Movie.

Teaching has always been a passion of mine, watching people improve and thrive while having fun always brings me so much joy. In between my theatre and modelling jobs I taught dance to kids and professionals in training. I began teaching barre for BLOK in 2019 then went to Thailand for my yoga teacher training, qualifying in October of that year. Since then I’ve been very lucky to lead regular classes in multiple studios in East and Central London

My classes are fun, upbeat, challenging and empowering. Creating a safe and inclusive space for people from all walks of life regardless of colour, background, religion, sex, gender or sexuality. I want to instil you with confidence as I push you – so that you believe in yourself and trust that you can go harder. With lots of high energy, positivity, good vibes and banter, we will smash it together!
